Invest Master

This is a coin i received from the Alabama fire college after completing the Master level of training for a certified volunteer firefighter. This is the highest level possible. It is a part of a program called the Invest Program that incentivizes volunteer firefighters to become educated in the fire service. I was the 137th recipient of this coin.
