Arkansas State Police Troop L Headquarters

Another great ASP coin. When the Troop L Post moved from Springdale to Lowell, the built a beautiful new headquarters, that houses CID, Troopers, Driver License Testing Center, Crime Lab, and CACD. The vehicles in the photo are the older cars along with current SUV. Great photo made into the coin.
