Police Scotland Glasgow RP Challenge Coin - Gold

This challenge coin was commissioned as a charity piece for Police Scotland’s Roads Policing Unit, in particular Glasgows team. The coin was created for charity, with profits going to a charity which recently helped an officer from the team after being seriously injured after a vehicle hit their vehicle whilst on a traffic stop. The design features a lion (inspired by the rampant lion of Scotland) sitting on a badge, and the other side paying tribute to the Duke of wellington statue in Glasgow, which always has a cone on its head and is well known in Glasgow. This particular gold version is a limited edition, 1 of 25 which come in either gold or bronze. This being number 8/25.
